I tryed using my paypal debit card at an atm machine at the bank but it didnt work… The reciept said transaction conot be completed.. my balance is $107.02
Do i have to sign up for atm use.. or does the atm machine have to be supported by paypal?

You need to establish a PIN with paypal to use the atm machine. I have one, and that is what I had to do.

Try this. Go to a Machine that say’s it takes MasterCard. (If paypal has the MasterCard symbol)
Insert the card. Instead of Choosing primary checking. Choose Credit Card (Or primary credit). Then select a withdraw amount. Note paypal and the machine may also charge a fee. So make sure the fees don’t go over your account balance. Try withdrawing $80 or $90 (Depending if the machine does it in 10’s or 20’s)
