You should be able to once you choose the option to buy the item you will log into paypal it will use your paypal balance first and if you don’t have enough it will automatically go to your bank account for the difference. good luck

If by your “bank card” you mean a credit card, then yes. If by “bank card” you mean a card from which you draw cash out of your own account (for instance, a savings account where your pay goes in), then no.
I’m assuming you mean a PayPal debit card and not the Paypal MC or Buyer Credit, correct?
yes, you can use your PayPal debit card as long as the person you are purchasing from takes credit cards or PayPal.
I’d check first, since not everyone selling on eBay takes plastic (be it debit or credit).. some just take Money Orders or Cashier’s checks.
