With your mother’s permission, yes you could, however, make sure that the bank account is not the first payment choice when you set up paypal, or all your purchases will come out of her account, and then there are legal issues because you aren’t authorized to use her account.
However, if she has a paypal account and her bank account is on it, then you do need your own because they will not let two paypal accounts use the same bank account number. I found this out when my husband and I changed banks.
You have to have all of your credit cards and information on Paypal be YOUR own and in YOUR name. Unless she has a paypal account and will make arrangements with you to help you pay for stuff, you would have to do your own.
Do you have access to her bank account? Do you have the authorization to purchase items using her bank account?
If you use her bank account then any purchases made on ebay will be deducted thru her account. Also in order to get a confirmed/Verified account paypal will make three small deposits of about .03 cents .02 cents and or .01 cent and you have to verify the dates the deposit was received and in what amounts that verifies the account with Paypal.
Remember once you win a bid on Ebay you are bound by the terms and conditions of ebay to buy the item you won. Failure to do so will get your ebay account suspended.
