I’m trying to pay for somthing, and the seller’s told me that i can use my credit card through PayPal with out having an account. If so, how do I go about this?

No. You need a PayPal account to pay for something thru PayPal.
If you bought the item on eBay.
Yes. For a limited number of times, you can use a credit card to purchase the item. However, if you’d prefer to pay with PayPal in the future, you can sign up for an account after you check out.
Here’s how to pay for an eBay item using eBay’s checkout:
Log in to your eBay account.
Click My eBay.
Click the Won tab under All Buying.
Fill in the information needed and continue with your payment.
Make sure all the information is correct.
Complete the payment.
If your credit card is valid you can if not you are defrauding the system and leave yourself open for fraudcharges
