I have money in my bank and money in paypal and i need to use both all of the money to buy something on ebay. I don’t want to have to wait for 3-5 days for the transaction. Would it work if i bought something as much as both accounts and would it take from both paypal and bank of america or do i have to transfer from paypal to bank of america?

It will let you use the money in your Paypal account, then it will take the rest out of your bank. When you check out it will take the money from the PP acct 1st, then it will check you out taking the remainder out of the Bank acct.
If it has been taking 3-5 days, then it still probably will.
you can buy what you want on eBay and then paypal will first
take money from the paypal account and if not enough then they do a instant transfer from your bank account
if you are verified, else you would have to wait
