i have two ebay accounts with different email addresses. now on one of my accounts, the one i use the most, i received a one time 10% off purchase price coupon. i did not receive this email on my second ebay account but i was wondering if i could still use it. has anyone done this before? btw, here is the code incase you guys want to try it out or are buying from ebay this month. its CFALLSAVINGS10P

You can try and use it, but there is no guarantee that it will work. You will not be flagged by eBay for using the code twice because it is a generic code that was sent to many eBay users for the month of October. There are other codes if you want to try them instead. One of them gives you $25 off and is good until Dec 26th.
