I was wondering if i could pay for an item i won on ebay and i need it quick to give as a gift… i dont want to go through paypal because it takes sooo long for them to take it out, and i was wondering if i could get a ebay card to make the process go quicker?

no because those ebay gift card are really PAL pay gift cards (you have to have a paypal account to use those gift cards
now if you already have money in your paypal account
and you bought some and send the money to the seller its instant
the seller get the money instantally now of course
the seller is human so they might not be able to send what you bought immeedilty
