I am currently bidding on something I really want on Ebay. I don’t have enough $ in Paypal right now to be able to buy it. Can I use a credit card through Ebay? If I link a credit card to my paypal account now will it be ready in time for me to pay for the item. The auction ends in 4 hours.

Yes you can link a credit card to your Pay Pal account and your good to go.
