I noticed that you can have credit card information on file in your PayPal account.
Is it possible to use a credit card listed in your PayPal account to pay for eBay purchases? You know, instead of using funds directly from your PayPal account.
I’m just tired of waiting for funds to transfer over to my PayPal account from my bank account.

Yes you can enter a credit card as your backup funding source for paypal.
The way the payments work is PP will automatically take your money from your available funds section, if you do not enough or no money in your available funds section, then it will charge the credit card.
There should be no waiting for transfers if you buy something, because PayPal should automatically take payment from your default payment method, or whichever other payment method you select during checkout. Of course you first have to configure alternate payment methods at PayPal.
If you are manually transferring funds to your PayPal account, why are you doing that?
