A few weeks ago i transfered some money into my PayPal account, but now i want it back in my bank account. When I try to send it, it says I can’t send money to myself.

Yes you can go to withdraw on the paypal site and transfer it back there.
It has to be linked successfully with your bank account though.
you cannot use the send feature, you have to use the withdraw tab.
