Hello. I was just wondering if i have a negative balance on paypal (But i put in a dispute about the negative balance and is under reveiw by paypal) and i want to buy something on ebay paying through paypal, Will i work?

Of course you can, I have options to pay by paypal funding, Debit or crdit card or directly through my bank account.
When you buy things it gives you these options..you just need to choose which ” funding option” you want.!

Yes the oney will come out of your account though.
wouldnt have thought so , but if your going to test it dont buy anything from me please.
If they have your card details on file they will take any funds from there when your Pay Pal money is zero.
