recently i just signed up for paypal but haven’t verified it with a credit or debit card yet.
so can i start receiving payment into my paypal without being verified yet?
And must i own a credit card or debit card to proceed withdrawal from my paypal?

Yes you do need a credit card or bank account number. More likely paypal will hold the funds you receive until you can verify your account. Its very sae. Ive had my account for many years and have never had a problem.
