Can I Start A Paypal Account Using My Back Account And Not A Credit Card?

Hi,
You can but i use a pre paid visa card as my means of payment. The main reason is if you link any bank account & pay pal places a hold or freezes that account you won’t have access to any of that $$ even a checking acct that you need to pay bills with. They are not a bank, aren’t regulated and make their own rules.
