I have a paypal account. I live in bangladesh. Paypal dose not support bangladeshi Banks. So I can’t to add bank in paypal. Can I send or receive money to other paypal or alertpay account, also can buy from online shops to use paypal without add bank account?

The easiest way would be to use the Paypal money to use in online stores that accept Paypal.
