If I add a credit card, does this verify the account?
Will adding a credit card send any notice to anyone, or will it withdraw any money?

You are limited on how much you can send or transfer from your account. It’s like a maximum of $500 a month and Generally you have to have a checking account to verify your account. Double check on Paypal.com.
They will make 2 deposits that are less than 20 cent each. To verify it you have to tell them the exact amounts. And they will withdraw the money back once you verify it.
I’m unsure about the credit card because I did it back in 2002. If they take any thing off of your card it will be likely less than 20 cent each also. And they will return it either once you verity it, or if you don’t verify it after a certain time I think 72 hours they will put back the amount
i buy stuff on ebay and im not verified but u must have a credit card
