Also, can I recieve money if I don’t have a bank account verified?
So here’s basically it:
I don’t have my bank account verified, but I am going to recieve some money soon (Don’t say to verify my bank account). Can I receive that money, then also send it to someone else without having a verified bank account?

Nope– Pay pal is set up to prevent any unauthorized use of an account which is why they require you to verify it. Sorry, but it won’t work.
