Can I receive money on PayPal without a credit card or bank account? Example – I want to sell something on eBay. If someone pays me through PayPal, will it credit my account, or does it need to go through something?
If not, I have another question. I have a Visa Gift Card in my PayPal account. I can send money with it just fine. But as far as I can tell, I can’t receive money with it, is this right?

Yes sir.
They can send you a check.
You can start a paypal with that card, but your money will be kept online and can only be used there. You would have to get a card that recieves or a bank account.

Opening a simple savings account isn’t much, paypal just wants an account they can verifiy.
