All payments from other people go to your online balance at PayPal, and the money stays there until you ask for it. Getting it by a check in the mail will cost $1.50, and getting it by direct deposit to your bank account will take a few days’ delay.
(After reading your question again, you need a Premier account to accept credit card payments from your customers. But the above still applies.)
