I recently made some money on paypal. My paypal account does not have anything besides my address and phone number etc. I did not use a bank account/credit card/ anything with my paypal account. Can I still receive a check from paypal and cash it at the bank even though I did not register my bank account on paypal?

Without financial information on the account you cannot do anything with your funds. This is to verify the account.
You must add a confirmed credit card to your PayPal account in order to request a check. If you want to withdraw funds to your bank account you must add and confirm it to your account. The credit card is easier to confirm, but the bank account transfer is quickest.
Paypal will need a credit card or a bank account number.
They claim they have a low interest credit card you can apply for but I don’t trust that; because have you ever heard of a low interest credit card? If paypal wanted to do it right then they would let you use a prepaid visa card number but they don’t. Fishy ain’t it?I am not the one to be telling paypal how to run their business but it seems to me they would make more money by letting me do it the way I want. They could still charge for each transaction but I would have control over what I pay. Get it? I wish they did.
