I can’t use PayPal in my country. I can’t pay using it because It doesn’t support my country and it’s not listed in the list of countries. Thing is,shipping and everything IS available here through UPS and everything but the only problem is the payment method. What can I do?

Write your seller and ask them for their payment address. Tell them that you will be paying in international money order made out in US dollars.
Expect to wait a week or so, while this money order clears. Then your item will be sent to you.
I guess you can via telegraphic transfer! Ask the seller if its possible
Explain your problem to your seller and ask them what other methods wil they accept.
If it says the seller prefer Paypal it means they would most likely want Paypal. Try to contact them and ask what other options do they offer. Money order, credit card etc.
im sure western union would work or a money order.. best of luck
