so i want to buy this headphone off a website
and its like $16 so i transferred $20 into my paypal account from my bank
its still processing. so do i have to wait till its done processing then buy the headphone on the website?

Unless you have a charge card to back your account up, you will need to wait until the money is in your account.
Yes. All paypal accounts are (supposed to be) backed up with a credit card – if your funds are insufficient it will pull from your credit card instead.
Also it is Sat. so transactions at the bank will not post until Monday. Since credits go in before debits the $20 will post in front of the $16 and you’ll be fine.
If you are unsure you can call the bank on Monday and double check.
You can set up your PayPal account to bill you through a charge card.
