I want to pay bills (such as credit card, mortgage, electric, etc) from the balance in my PayPal account. Is there a special way to do this? I know PayPal doesn’t offer their BillPay service anymore, but are there any 3rd parties companies that accept PayPal directly and then will pay my bills with the money I send them?

You can get a debit mastercard from PayPal. Then you use it to pay bills like you use a credit card. The money comes right out of your PayPal account AND they give you a little credit with each transaction for using their debit card.
