Can I Make Instant Paypal Payments With The Prepaid Titatiumplus Credit Card?

So i just bought something for 1,500$ over ebay and Paypal does not allow me to make a INSTANT payment with my debit card. I am going to get one of these prepaid cards with 1,500$ on them.
Will i be able to hook these up to my paypal within minutes and make my payment instant?
