I want to sell a few things on ebay but you must be 18 to use paypal. Im only 16 but I have a bank account.Is it okay to make a paypal account under my mom’s name and then link it to my savings banking account to accept payments? If I do this will paypal freeze my account until im 18?

Ask your parents. Get their consent, because it is illegal to use someone else’s name. But if your parent says it is okay for you to use their name, then it is. I doubt paypal freezes accounts, but I don’t know. I just recommend asking your parents. I know it mightn’t be the answer you were hoping, but that’s probably the best thing to do.
