I am 18 and I dont have a bank account. I just made a paypal account and I entered the credit card I want to use. But it has I have 0 dollars. Someone help.

They are using the paypal account as if it were a debit card not a credit card (prepaid) .

I know I can’t possibly get black balled on this answer because it’s true.
You don’t have to have a bank account, but it does help if you do.
And with no bank account means you’re unverified and you are limited on how much you can spend.
And also be careful because some transactions that are pulled through PayPal off of your credit card could be considered a cash advance and your interest rate on your credit card will more than double for that purchase.
Not sure of that one. If you have a credit card that is one account, but I think they want a checking or another credit card for back-up funding. You can call Paypals toll free telephone number to ask them this question or use the help tab on their website.
No you dont have to have a bank account. You can use the credit card but you will have to have money on the credit card for the transaction to go through.
Contact Pay pal customer service and they will answerr your questions.
