I really want to buy something of personal significance to me on ebay and it costs over $100. The seller doesn’t have a ton of feedback so I’m a little concerned. I’m using paypal so by chance if he ripped me off, could I work with paypal to get my money back?

Yeah, this has happened to me before.. and you just have to inform eBay and then file a dispute with paypal =) Its very easy and straightforward!
