My mom gets checks from SS..I have a paypal account in her name, I have over 15k over the past few months in donations with paypal. Can she get in trouble for this? Also, do I have to pay taxes? Thanks in advance.

You mother is in trouble on numerous fronts, first she may loose her benefits since the monies will be considered hers since it’s on her account, she will also have to pay taxes on the monies received
