Yes, unfortunately eBay owns Paypal so you can’t use Google Checkout but you can accept credit cards directly but of course you must have an account with a credit card vendor.

look at the bottom of the page and you’ll see what methods of payment they accept. it may be only Paypal, if so it has to be. sometimes they accept check or money order in the mail.
Ask the seller if they would accept a postal money order( you can get them at the post office or annex) or cashier’s check. It will take longer for the item to get there because they wait until they clear.
If the seller accepts other forms of payment, it’d be either a credit card, money order, or check. You’d have to see what the seller’s preferences are.

The item description will say whether or not they accept any other forms of payment. If they’re PayPal only (most are, on eBay, nowadays) then you’re pretty much stuck. Good luck!

once i contacted the seller & offered to send her check. she agreed, but it was a small check — $15 or so.
