I want to buy from ebay but in my country we dt have the paypal system. However I have a US bank account since I used to live there. The mailing address of the US bank account is different than my ebay mailing address (where I live now) since I dt live in the US anymore.
so can I use this paypal account ifthe mailing address is different than the paypal account one??

After you have won an item, go to My eBay and click on the “Pay Now” button next to the item. At this point, you will be able to change your shipping address for the item. If you do this, when the seller checks the payment on PayPal, they will have the correct shipping address.
You may want to contact the seller in advance though to be sure he/she is willing to ship to a non-U.S. address. Some don’t, and some will only ship to a “confirmed” address, which would have to be the address on your PayPal account.
