I have a PayPal account which is fully verified and is a Premier account. I have sold some items on eBay and the screen is now displaying a blue hourglass icon which says that ‘payment has been initiated and is been processed by PayPal’ when your hover over it. However, when I click on ‘View PayPal Transaction’ I am directed to a screen which asks me to register with PayPal! I am registered! Please help!

The best way is contact to paypal over the phone they will help you

the hourglass symbol may mean that you are being paid by echeque which can take around 9-10 days to clear in your account. It is a precautionary measure taken by Paypal now and then I am led to believe.
Not seen that before and I’ve been with them a few years. Hope its not a e mail scam. Don’t give any details away as Paypal already have them.
