I have only a pre-paid credit card attached to my paypal account..i was wondering if i could still recieve money and i was wondering how i would go by withdrawing the money?

Most all paypal accounts from creation can send and receive money. This is dependant on the country you are located in. You will have to refer to paypal and check if you are located anywhere other than the US, Canada, UK, or Australia. You need a bank account to withdraw money in most cases. Some accounts will allow you to request a check. Once again this depends on what country you are located in. Some pre-aid cards act like bank accounts. Meaning that they have a routing number and a account number associated with the card load it with money. If your card is this type I recommend adding the information as a bank account. You do not need to verify it since you are only using it for withdrawals.
