I’m holding an ICICI (Indian Bank) Debit Card that contains visa logo. The bank staffs says that the card can be used for every online exchanges. But unfortunately, paypal denies the card. Is there any available option to get Virtual Card with the debit card I own?

just dont go buying any virtual credit cards online since they’re all scams.
