Our company has an account in HSBC Hong Kong, can our customers pay to our account by their credit cards or Paypal? Do we need to open credit cards or Paypal also?
Anyone know about it please tell me, thank you.

I would recommend that you create a Paypal account. That would give you the ability to accept credit cards and paypal accounts.
It also gives you the ability to send online invoices and using “virtual terminal” you can accept phone, fax or mail payments.
