You can verify your account by phone, mail, or by letting them draft 1.95 from your account directly.
It could take a few days. Paypal will make two minimal deposits into your account. You must inform them of the amount of each deposit. That is how your account is verified.
Check your bank account for the deposits.
After you see them, log into Paypal and enter the info.
