Just wondering , I am about to sell the info of an item to a buyer… He will have to deposit the money to my paypal account first , then I will give him the info to the item he is interested in , can he scam me if he refunds the money after I give him the information?
Is it that easy to refund the money for him?Should I worry?
Any tips? thanks.

I had to get a refund through paypal a few years ago when somebody sold me fake merchandise. If my memory serves me correctly first he needs to contact you through them and try to sort it out. If after that no resolution is reached then paypal takes care of it. It was really easy for me to get my money back. The person insisted it was real. I told them and paypal I went to the company and they said it was fake (I really did) and I got half my money back. They did not ask for any kind of proof or anything. The reason why I only got half back was because that was all the person had in their paypal account. I would suggest that after you receive the money to take it out of paypal in case they attempt to do that. I know it made me nervous about selling things since it was so easy for me to get a refund. But i really don’t know what went on, on the other end. Like I said that was maybe 2 or 3 years ago so paypal may have changed their process.
